Our stay at Crystal Paradise Resort had its shining moments, especially with a welcoming arrival and a lovely private villa with a stunning view. However, we were let down by the maintenance issues, particularly the non-functional pool and jacuzzi, which were key reasons for our booking. Overall, while the staff did their best to be accommodating, the facility is in dire need of repairs to truly live up to its potential as a spa retreat.
My stay at Crystal Paradise Resort & Winery was a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the spacious villas with stunning ocean views and the attentive staff, there were some shortcomings such as the rocky beach and the need for some facility improvements.
