I had an amazing spa treatment that included a hot whirlpool herbal bubble bath followed by a massage. The peaceful atmosphere made it truly rejuvenating, and the Zen quality of the Spa Garden was really good. This was one of the highlights of my stay at the resort!

Our stay at Crystal Paradise Resort had its shining moments, especially with a welcoming arrival and a lovely private villa with a stunning view. However, we were let down by the maintenance issues, particularly the non-functional pool and jacuzzi, which were key reasons for our booking. Overall, while the staff did their best to be accommodating, the facility is in dire need of repairs to truly live up to its potential as a spa retreat.
